Attitude Inc Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 14 days and in perfect original sale-able condition.

We offer a refund or exchange service but we cant refund your original postage cost if you have simply changed your mind.

We advise keeping your goods in their original packaging while you make your mind up so nothing accidental happens to damage them.

Shoes: please be careful when trying shoes on, we don't accept returns on shoes if there are marks on the out sole, bobbles/sock fluff on the inside. This includes the paper lining in the shoe box, so please look after this too.

Please don’t wash items and pass them off as new, as we can test for this and will NOT be accepted.


How To Make A Return

  1. If you dont have one with your invoice - Download the Attitude Inc Returns Form : Download Returns Form
  2. Fill out the Returns Form, let us know who you are, what you are sending back, what's wrong and if you need a refund or exchange
  3. Get your Goods and Returns Form in the post to us, we're not responsible for returns in transit so please use a recorded service to make sure they arrive safely. 
  4. When your goods arrive, we will take care of everything and get back to you if we need to talk with you.


Faulty Goods

Attitude Inc uses a 28 day policy for faulty goods.

Generally if something's going to go wrong it will go wrong quickly if its a manufacturers defect. 

We can't accept returns due to excessive wear of a product. 

All items returned as faulty are subject to inspection before we can confirm if they are indeed faulty. Sometimes we will need to send the goods back to the manufacturer for an additional inspection. Please be aware that this can take up to 2-3 weeks for the manufacturers inspection to pass.
