We've seen the Adi Ease Classified 'Gonz' edition in White/Black already this season, and while that was a very tasty shoe, adidas Skateboarding has gone the extra mile this time around. The same shoe arrives again, but now it has been given a Coral Pink colour-up, just like the Matchcourt RX we saw not long ago.
The upper has again been made using an exceptional leather, very high in durability and overall quality. Adidas' signature Three Stripes come in a similar pink leather, overlaying the base leather on the lateral and medial sides, as does the lacestay. All over the upper we see custom Mark Gonzales artwork, with text scribbled in random areas to create a clean contrasting colourway. Custom Gonz branding appears on the tongue and heel, too, a lovely finishing touch on what is a vivid yet subtle colourway all at the same time.
Inside the shoe, an EVA sockliner provides excellent cushioning, letting you skate in comfort for long periods of time. It works well with the vulcanized outsole, too, with the aforementioned ensuring that boardfeel isn't sacrificed. Durability won't be an issue thanks to an extra AdiTUFF overlay around the front of the midsole, and the gum outsole features a multidirectional herringbone traction pattern for fantastic grip when skating.
Adidas Skateboarding's incredible Spring '17 footwear collection, packed with great skate-optimised technology and some incredibly stylish colourways, is available online here at Attitude Inc. and in our Colchester and Ipswich stores.
