The Bruin Hyperfeel is simply one of the best hybrid models that Nike SB has ever producing, combining perfectly the timeless style of the Bruin and the technically advanced Hyperfeel sole. While such a modern looking shoe does normally suit very fresh and bright colourways, Nike has gone down a darker route for AW16, as we see the arrival of the shoe in Hazelnut/Black/White.
The upper comes in a dark brown colour, and is also full suede which makes it incredibly durable. The laces match the upper nicely, though we see a different shade of brown around the lace eyelets thanks to a material change to nubuck. Black and white are the other prominent colours, with the former featuring on the heel and Swooshes, and the latter appearing on the whole of the midsole and outsole to add just the right amount of brightness to the shoe.
If the colourway doesn't sell the shoe to you enough, its performance features certainly will. Perforations feature on the lateral and medial sides of the shoe and on the tonue, to massively improve breathability. A thin web of Hyperscreen wraps around the upper of the shoe just above the midsole, which reinforces it nicely and when combined with the textured sidewall provides great control when executing flip tricks. Finally, the Hyperfeel sole features deep-cut grooves throughout which let the shoe flex and move naturally with the foot, and a multi-directional herringbone traction pattern provides optimum traction on any surface.
We also have multiple other offerings from Nike SB, including the Janoski, standard Bruin, GTS, Trainerendor, P Rod, Koston Max, Dunk, Zoom Oneshot, Blazer and Check.
