Three new Vans Pro Skate shoes have arrived recently, with all of them offering a reprisal of sorts from the bold pink Kyle Walker Pro we saw not so long ago! Two of said shoes arrive in a Navy/Gum colourway, the second being this Style 112, very similar to the Old Skool.
Much like the navy Half-Cab before it, the shoe features a part-navy-textile, part-navy-suede upper, with the former providing great breathability and flexibility around the midfoot and towards the heel, and the latter providing remarkable durability around the toebox and lacestay areas. Vans' iconic stripe features in white, running on both the lateral and medial sides of the shoe from the midfoot to the heel, and aside from an extra Vans tab and Off The Wall logo on the tongue, there's no other colour on the upper. Vans have again kept things clean and simple. The sole comes in a rich gum again, providing the retro vibe that we love from the Cali skate label.
UltracushHD sockliners have been utilised, providing all the impact protection and comfort you need for those long summer skate sessions. Also improving comfort is the padded tongue, which reduces the strain on the top of the foot, and the Vulc Lite construction of the sole reduces weight whilst maximising boardfeel. Durability is guaranteed by the slightly extended midsole which protects the toe area, and the DURACAP overlays that wrap around the front of said midsole. Finally, Vans' trademark waffle outsole pattern provides all the secure grip you could ask for, be you walking, running or skating.
We also have a host of other Vans Pro Skate models, including the Old Skool, Chima Ferguson Pro, Era Pro, AVE Rapidweld, Half-Cab, Kyle Walker Pro and Tony Trujillo Pro.
