Just in case you weren't sure after a few gorgeous colourways that the Adi-Ease has been the standout model for adidas in AW16, the Three Stripes has collaborated with Official to bless us with another colour of the reinvigorated model. The Burgundy/Bark/White Adi-Ease may just be one of the highlights of the season.
The upper has beenconstructed from a super-premium and super-durable suede, coming in a very deep burgundy colour that transitions into lighter and darker shades across the shoe. Surprisingly the Three Stripes on the lateral and medial sides of the shoe all come in the same burgundy suede, which works well to create a more subtle upper overall and lets the shimmering gold Official text stand out nicely. Lending a retro feel is the brown tongue, featuring a brown stitched-on adidas x Official patch, and the brown tab that wraps around the top of the heel. All of the aforementioned sits atop a crisp white midsole offset by a burgundy stripe, and a gum outsole which caps off the very vintage-styled shoe perfectly.
The shoe also performs as good as it looks. Inside the shoe, the dual-branded sockliner is very cushioned, improving comfort and impact protection significantly. ADITUFF wraps around the front of the midsole, improving durability significantly in what is a very high-abrasion area, and the suede upper is very durable too. Finally, the vulcanized sole (providing excellent boardfeel) features a vector traction tread pattern, which lets you skate in confidence that grip on your board will be maintained throughout.
We also have a host of other Adidas Skateboarding styles, including the Superstar Vulc, Busenitz, Seeley, Lucas, Silas, Matchcourt, and more.
