UK delivery is £4.00, and free for orders over £60.
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Most orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched that day; however during busy periods orders may take up to 24 hours to ship.
Once your order has left the warehouse we will send your tracking information via email. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 days after dispatch, please contact us immediately. If you do not let us know within those 7 days then we may not be able to compensate you the customer.
All tracking information is emailed to the customer on the day of dispatch. We advise to track your parcel until arrival. If you do not receive this information, please check your spam filters or contact us for help. If you’re tracking information doesn’t work, then please contact us via email immediately.
There must be someone at the delivery address to receive the parcel. We can only send to an actual delivery address like your home address or work address (this has to be a building). Sorry, we cannot deliver to a PO BOX address.
The courier will make 3 attempts in the UK to deliver your package and 1 attempt Europe/Worldwide. After that it will be held at the depot for 5 days for you to arrange delivery. After that time the items will be sent back to us, and your account will be credited minus the courier’s fee and original postage.
If the customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly, we will not accept any responsibility for this parcel. This means the customer will have to try and retrieve the parcel themselves at their cost.
If you request for your parcel to be left somewhere on your property (e.g. in the porch, shed or over the fence etc.) we cannot be held responsible for the whereabouts of the parcel, if it cannot be found. Such delivery requests are made by the customer via email to us, and are entirely at their own risk.

Worldwide shipping costs will be calculated by parcel weight at the checkout when you have chosen your destination. Below are guidelines for some countries, but if yours is not among them don’t worry as once you have entered your country at checkout it will be shown for you.
If your order exceeds the average shipping weight we may need to contact you by email to inform you there is an additional shipping cost.
